Remodel with confidence

It is our absolute pleasure to recommend Luis Lopez and his team for any home renovation or remodeling project. Luis recently completed an extensive, top-to-bottom refurbishment of our three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse—including installing all-new cabinetry and laying LVP flooring throughout, including the staircases, turning two closets into one, extending the walls of a bathroom, rearranging walls in my kitchen so the refrigerator would fit and a deeper pantry could be placed,—and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

From our very first meeting, Luis stood out not just for his technical expertise, but for his exceptional character. He is an incredibly kind, genuine, and trustworthy professional. Throughout the entire project, his communication was flawless; he kept me informed at every stage, listened closely to my needs, and executed the vision perfectly.

After a terrible experience with a previous contractor who stole money from us, we were incredibly nervous. Luis was very understanding about the situation. He completely put us at ease by making sure we felt comfortable and secure with the payment schedule at every single juncture of the project.

What impressed us most was the efficiency and dedication of Luis and of his team. They were remarkably quick at putting our home together without ever compromising on the quality of their craftsmanship. It is rare to find a contractor who balances speed, meticulous attention to detail, and true professionalism so effortlessly.

We are so thrilled with his work that we already plan to have him back to renovate our basement. We give Luis our highest possible recommendation. If you are looking for a skilled, dependable, and thoroughly decent and trustworthy contractor who delivers exceptional results, look no further.

I never leave reviews, but wanted to do so for Colorado Drywall. Luis and his crew did a phenomenal job on my primary bath and laundry/mudroom renovation. They showed up every single day and worked the full day - I never once had to wonder where they were or when they would arrive. The communication on all fronts was excellent, pricing was fair, and the craftsmanship was excellent too.

I work in an industry (interior design) where I come across contractors and renovation work often, and I would use Luis and Colorado Drywall over and over again.
